In order to improve teachers effectiveness, this study aimed determine the level of motivation and performance its significant relationship. The utilized descriptive-correlational technique research which used an adopted questionnaire Gayomale-Sala (2020) levels evaluate their based on IPCRF rating for school year 2021–2022. Stratified random sampling using Slovins formula was one hundred seventy three (173) respondents who were South District, Cagayan de Oro City Division. Frequency Distribution, Percentage, Weighted Mean, Standard Deviation Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient statistical techniques treat data. Results revealed that are Highly Motivated with Existence Needs Relatedness Needs. Further, most have Very Satisfactory ratings in performance. Few Outstanding rating, none got below it. Moreover, there is a Significant Relationship between as Thus, perform better if they Motivated. However, it recommended Growth may also be prioritized like personal growth professional development such participating trainings, seminars or attending post graduate studies. important not only themselves but learners purpose role teachers.
